Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership and Synergy Development:
- Work with Managing Director and leadership team to monitor communicate and implement progress on key organizational metrics aligned with our 5year plan
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement synergies between the architectural entities and the larger Egis group
- Drive alignment of strategic goals to promote seamless cooperation and shared success between the firms
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the architecture firms to leverage crossdisciplinary expertise and regional opportunities
- Ensure adherence to rules and corporate process
- Executive Support and Coordination:
- Support the MD in the preparation of board meetings and executive presentations
- Act as a key advisor to the leadership team providing insights analysis and recommendations on strategic initiatives
- Coordinate executive decisionmaking processes ensuring alignment and timely action
- Facilitate effective information flow and communication across teams and regions
- Innovation and Industry Leadership:
- Track and help implement common innovation initiatives that enhance the groups competitive edge in design technology and sustainability
- Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities to position the division as a forwardthinking leader in architecture
Qualifications :
Education and Experience
- Masters degree in business administration or a related field such as finance architecture or engineering
- At least 8 years experience in an executive or business management role
- Proven experience in a leadership or strategic role within architecture engineering or a related design field
- Strong understanding of global business operations P&L management and crosscultural collaboration
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex multifaceted projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Passion for innovation sustainability and excellence in the built environment
