Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership and Synergy Development:
  • Work with Managing Director and leadership team to monitor communicate and implement progress on key organizational metrics aligned with our 5year plan
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement synergies between the architectural entities and the larger Egis group
  • Drive alignment of strategic goals to promote seamless cooperation and shared success between the firms
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the architecture firms to leverage crossdisciplinary expertise and regional opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to rules and corporate process
  1. Executive Support and Coordination:
  • Support the MD in the preparation of board meetings and executive presentations
  • Act as a key advisor to the leadership team providing insights analysis and recommendations on strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate executive decisionmaking processes ensuring alignment and timely action
  • Facilitate effective information flow and communication across teams and regions
  1. Innovation and Industry Leadership:
  • Track and help implement common innovation initiatives that enhance the groups competitive edge in design technology and sustainability
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities to position the division as a forwardthinking leader in architecture

Qualifications :

Education and Experience

  • Masters degree in business administration or a related field such as finance architecture or engineering
  • At least 8 years experience in an executive or business management role
  • Proven experience in a leadership or strategic role within architecture engineering or a related design field
  • Strong understanding of global business operations P&L management and crosscultural collaboration
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex multifaceted projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Passion for innovation sustainability and excellence in the built environment
