Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented Procurement Administrator to join our ANZ Finance team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you will play a key role in supporting procurement activities across the region ensuring efficient and compliant supplier management and procurement processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enhancing your skills in procurement and supply management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier profiles purchase orders and supplier data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Act as the ANZ point of contact for global procurementrelated matters.
- Maintain and update the supplier database while adhering to Egis and Group policies.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable Tax and HSEQ to ensure seamless processes and compliance.
- Provide expert guidance on supply management and procurement processes.
- Support quality safety and auditing activities.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services organisation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook) and financial systems.
- Exceptional organisational time management and attentiontodetail skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
- A proactive adaptable and collaborative approach to work.
