Job Description
- Exploitation niveau 1 et 2 sur la Production
- Suivi du plan de production avec suivi des logs
- Traitement des incidents des demandes et contribution aux problmes
- Maintenance du plan de Production
- Exploitation niveau 1 et 2 sur le Hors Production
- Gestion des environnements Hors Production
- Traitements des demandes de livraisons de versions (Evolutions)
Qualifications :
Environnement Technique :
Environnement Unix (RedHat) et HPUX (Itanium)
Suivi de batch : ordonnanceur DSeries
Sauvegarde : Commvault DataProtector
Base de donnes : Oracle (RAC ASM RMAN)
Supervision : Dynatrace
Gestion de flux : B2BI
Outil de ticketing : JIRA
Scripting Shell
Horaires :
Couverture de service de 7h30 23h du lundi au vendredi
Profil :
Vous avez au minimum un bac2 en informatique.
