Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join our busy and expanding Bangalore based Occupier Fit Out team.
The position will be responsible to lead the project and deliver. Take complete responsibility of project apart from Civil for the project and support lead in project documentation and stakeholder management
Key Accountabilities:
- Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project including time cost technical and performance parameters
- Project planning including producing the detailed project plan
- Leading and facilitating the overall crossfunctional project team; Managing the change control process
- Monitoring and advising upon project finances
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications
- Preparing formal project progress and other reports
- Manage procurement cycle for the project design management and able to direct the team and client in making the process efficient and auditable.
- Able and has a keen eye for process and governance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages
Qualifications :
- Educated to degree level BE Electrical / Mechanical with 10 years experience
- Holder of a construction/property related academic qualification (this could be your degree)
- Experience of delivering office fitout projects
- Project Management experience in a Consultancy preferred
