Job Description
To support client and commission manager to lead the project for delivery and hand over
Key responsibilities:
- Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project including time cost technical and performance parameters
- Project planning including producing the detailed project plan
- Report into PMO and manager in project progress at a
- Leading and facilitating the overall crossfunctional project team
- Managing the change control process
- Monitoring and advising upon project finances
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications
- Preparing formal project progress and other reports
- Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client consultants and vendors at all project stages
Qualifications :
- Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering is acceptable with 37 years of work experience
- Needs to be aware of all MEP works including HVAC Electrical firefighting FAPA LV packages testing and commissioning
- To be able to understand drawings for construction and able to track project.
