Our 24month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) provides you with a learning environment to help you become a wellrounded consultant and launch your career.
From day one youll dive into the heart of Turner & Townsend building your internal networks and deepening your understanding of our industry and service area. This is your chance to develop industry knowledge that goes beyond textbooks and lectures!
As a part of our team youll receive a structured development plan tailored to introduce you to the technical and commercial competencies that are the stepping stones to success at Turner & Townsend. A dedicated Graduate Development Manager will be your guide providing support and ensuring youre on the right track.
Our learning approach goes beyond traditional onthejob training. Youll benefit from a blend of technical and behavioural training learning from both peers and experienced professionals. This comprehensive approach equips you with the knowledge and skills you need to excel.

Within Consulting there are two main areas of focus; Asset and Facilities Management and Programme Performance.
The Asset & Facilities Management teams purpose is to help clients manage their built assets in the most effective and efficient way helping them to make the right investment and operational decisions to get the most out of their investment.
The Programme and Performance team is embedding digitalisation within programme delivery. The Programme and Performance offers the chance to work for incredible clients across a wide range of sectors including rail defence central and local government healthcare and many more.

In some regional roles being able to drive will be necessary due to the location of client offices. Please also note this is not a remote role as we operate a hybrid working approach you will need to be willing and able to work in a Turner & Townsend office or a client site.
To be considered for roles in the Defence arena you will need to pass both a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance this process will initiated once you have accepted an offer and have indicated you are happy to go through these checks.
