Job Description

As a Contracts and Procurement Lead in our Real Estate team we are looking for you to lead these large projects manage a team have a commercial focus and balance working across major projects. 

  • Leading the contracts and procurement activities on large scale Data Centre projects as the key client interface.
  • Developing working relationships problem solving and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Managing the Supply Chain Contact and Procurement contract execution and contract management.
  • Managing project timelines risks and reporting as it relates to contracts and procurement.

Qualifications :

  • A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering Construction Management or Project Management.
  • Experience in contract management cost management and contract negotiation.
  • Experience working for a General Contractor or subcontractor highly desirable.
  • 15 years industry experience working on major data centre and / or mission critical projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a high pressure fast paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded.
  • Technical ability to lead discussions and negotiations with contractors and suppliers. Strong knowledge of construction and / or MEP systems preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
