Job Description
Turner & Townsend is one of the leading consultancy providers to the Infrastructure sector we are looking to recruit an Associate Director level Senior Cost Manager / Commercial Manager to undertake a lead role on one of our prestigious infrastructurebased projects based out of our Manchester office.
As an experienced individual you will come with a wealth of experience in cost management ready to apply your existing knowledge in a new and dynamic environment. We are looking for a candidate comfortable in having challenging conversations with a consultative approach that can bring the best out of their team and client.
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
- The Associate Director performs the role of the Commission Manager taking responsibility for endtoend service delivery often with respect to large or complex commissions.
- To act as the key day to day client interface ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a valueadded cost management service.
Qualifications :
- Proven Cost / Commercial Management experience
- Preferably MRICS
- NEC3 contracts (in particular Option C Target Cost)
- Post contract administration
- Experience of working on Major Programmes and Projects
- Experience of working in the Infrastructure (rail air utilities highways)
- Experience in leading and managing teams
