Project Manager V - Owner Representative - Construction

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager V be based in San Antonio TX.  

Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. 
Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers enforces company and project policies and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. 
Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. 
Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Must be able to successfully pass client background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Construction Architecture or Engineering plus 10 plus years of relevant experience.
• Expert in: Excel.
• Experiance with Projectmates Procore Bluebeam
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Previous experience leading multiple teams/projects/programs
• Experience presenting to leadership groups boards committees etc
• Experience with K12 and/or higher education
• Municipal experience
• Controls experience a plus
• People management experience a plus
• Ability to commute between offices sites events
• CCM RA or PE is highly desired
