Job Description
- BIM Model and Drawing production (Design Brief compliance completeness & accuracy)
- Design coordination (within Interior Design & Cross Discipline)
- Initiates and develops design and construction document drawings through completion in conformance with project requirements applicable codes and design criteria established by project leadership
- Basic knowledge of design trends construction methodology materials application and manufacturersupplier appropriateness
- Designs creative and innovative interior environments that support our clients needs in collaboration with other disciplines
Qualifications :
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish
- University degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years post undergraduate experience
- Proven related professional experience in an Architectural or Interior Design Practice
- Software: proficiency with Revit AutoCAD and Adobe;
- Experience in all project phases from predesign through project closeout
- Experience with international clients or with international companies
- Portfolio would be beneficial
