- Serve as the primary liaison between teams clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives deliverables and expectations.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings track action items communicate updates and monitor activities to ensure timely & quality deliverables.
- Maintain and update project documentation such as charters risk logs issue registers and reports.
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements address them throughout the project lifecycle and facilitate feedback loops to improve workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes recommend improvements and support the implementation of tools to enhance project delivery and reporting.
- Develop and distribute project dashboards status reports and presentations.
- Conduct quality checks (QC) on reports to ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration IT or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in a PMO project management or coordination role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Zoho project Jira Trello or Smartsheet).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle competing priorities.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum or Waterfall).
- Analytical Skills and Presentations proficiency
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP CAPM PRINCE2).
- Experience coordinating with crossfunctional teams and managing clientfacing projects.
