They are one of Torontos fastest growing startups and are looking for Sales Development Representatives to join their sales team!
- Engage with customers via email phone and chat delivering timely and accurate assistance to resolve their inquiries
- Guide customers through onboarding answering questions and ensuring a seamless transition to the platform
- Address technical issues product inquiries and accountrelated concerns efficiently
- Help customers maximize their experience by providing insights into product features functionality and best practices
- Log customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM
- Contribute to help center articles and internal documentation to improve efficiency and the customer experience
- Monitor customer feedback to identify common challenges and suggest opportunities for product and process improvements
Requirements
- Were looking for someone excited to work onsite with them five days/week fostering inperson collaboration and team synergy
- 1 year in a similar customer support function (preferably in FinTech SaaS or financial services)
- Previous experience in customerfacing roles ideally in FinTech or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Interest in financial services and products with a willingness to learn technical terms and industry intricacies
- Thrive in a fastpaced environment managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Open to working occasional evenings and weekends to meet customer needs
- Excited about FinTech innovation and making a meaningful impact in a growing company
