Job Overview
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Work setup: Onsite Makati
Salary: PHP 40000 plus Commissions up to PHP50K to PHP100K
Job Description:
As a Sales Specialist youll connect with clients to inspire engage and guide them through transformative experiences. From achieving sales goals to fostering genuine relationships your role will go beyond selling it s about making a lasting impact.
Your Daily Tasks
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Contact leads via phone SMS and email.
- Build genuine relationships with clients over the phone.
- Motivate and excite clients leading them to book a photo shoot.
- Manage a lead pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
- Focus on changing lives rather than just selling a product!
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Proven sales experience with highlevel communication skills and a track record of hitting monthly targets.
- Willingness to make volume calls (both outbound and inbound).
- Resultsdriven assertive organized and selfmanaged.
- A creative flair and passion for fashion photography or the modeling industry.
- Dynamic outgoing and energetic personality with the ability to inspire and engage clients (primarily females aged 1335).
- Willingness to work onsite in IT Makati.
