What You ll Be Doing:
Be part of our client s team as an Order Specialist where you will ensure seamless order processing and toptier service delivery. Your role involves handling customer orders coordinating with various teams maintaining records and resolving any issues that arise all with precision and exceptional communication.

Salary: PHP 30000 to PHP 55000
Your Daily Impact Key Responsibilities
Order Management:
- Process and enter orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify order details including quantities pricing and delivery instructions.
- Ensure orders comply with company policies and customerspecific requirements.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with inventory warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch.
- Communicate with customer service teams to provide updates on order status delays or issues.
Documentation and RecordKeeping:
- Maintain organized and accurate records of orders and shipments.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Issue Resolution:
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies product shortages or delays.
- Escalate issues when necessary and follow up with stakeholders to ensure resolution.
System Management:
- Use order management software or ERP systems to track orders manage data and generate reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and update records as needed.
Customer Communication:
- Respond promptly to inquiries about order status delivery times and product availability.
- Provide courteous and efficient support to both internal and external customers.
Requirements
Your Expertise What You Bring to the Table
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills both written and spoken with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate s or bachelor s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- 13 years of experience in order processing logistics or customer service with a background in order management.
- Proficiency in using order management or ERP software (e.g. SAP Oracle or similar systems).
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing retail or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and basic inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
