Role overview:
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our customer service team. Your ultimate goal Happy customers! Youll lead and coach a team of 10 to 20 Customer Service Representatives supporting their growth and development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guiding your team in handling customer inquiries through email phone and chat.
  • Taking charge of complex customer cases and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensuring customer feedback is shared with relevant internal teams to improve our services.
  • Keeping operations running efficiently while maintaining highquality standards.


Requirements:

  • Already based in the Netherlands
  • Available 5 days a week and open to occasional weekend or evening shifts if needed.
  • Experienced in a customer service role.
  • A natural leader with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English both written and spoken.
  • Approachable supportive and customerfocused.
  • Enthusiastic energetic and capable of inspiring your team to perform at their best.
