Role
As a Creative Strategist your goal is to create highperforming creatives for our Facebook/Instagram ads. Serving as the central link among our creatives overseeing the process from ideation to postproduction.

Responsibilities:
- Brainstorming ads ad angles and hook variations.
- Generate unique and effective advertising concepts using direct response copywriting.
- Provide briefs for production team to shoot content
- Provide briefs for postproduction team to edit ads
- Develop creative strategy for our social media ads.
- Keeping a pulse on the industry to find out what s working (and not working) for others ad policy updates etc. Use this alongside your own ideation to inspire creative concepts.

Requirements
What we re looking for
- You understand paid media and the types of content that convert
- You enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts then bringing them to life
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology and customer mindsets.
- You re open minded and willing to learn
Experience:
- 2 years in writing direct response ads or emails.
- Experience in video editing including ideation storyboarding and editing.
- Experience as a content creator with demonstrated ability to engage audiences.
