SUMMARY
Seeking a Packaging Automation Specialist in the Dallas and surrounding area to assist sales reps in designing sourcing quoting and selling stateoftheart packaging machinery.

proven experience identifying and moving packaging machinery equipment opportunities through the sales process we want to talk to you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit clients with packaging sales reps to help identify advance
and close integration and equipment opportunities.
Understand client needs to achieve the right equipment solutions at
the best price.
Train to help level up sales reps skills in equipment automation
and integration.
Assist in negotiating pricing terms and conditions of sales
agreements with vendors and prospective customers.
Assist sales team when needed in presenting proposals quotes and
contracts to potential clients.
Meet with customers as needed to showcase equipment capabilities.
Collaborate with Engineering team members to ensure customer
satisfaction and smooth operational processes.
Execute strategic plans to help reps achieve sales targets and
expand customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sales team and their
clients.
Achieve sales goals and objectives within established time frames.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities pipeline
and forecasts.
Create CAD drawings of the proposed Equipment integration project to
ensure fit and function align with customers expectations.
Qualifications / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or
related field (preferred) or sufficient relative experience
Proficiency in CAD and CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Track record of B2B equipment project experience and/or sales within the packaging
industry.
Broad understanding of packaging processes and equipment.
Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and
objectives.
Strong mechanical and sales aptitude.
Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced
environment.
