Our Client a global Pharmaceutical Company seeks an IT Program Manager to lead a program of Salesforce Service Cloud integration projects for their Contact Center. This is a remote position with occasional travel supporting EST hours.
Job Description:
- Guide overall strategy for ongoing global implementations with the mindset of a Product Manager
- Partner with crossfunctional teammates to drive workgroup alignment meetings to address tactical release issues dependencies team status production issues metrics review achievements etc. (crossfunctional Product Owners Scrum Leads UX CX)
- Provide monthly program reviews and updates at sprint reviews (deep dive into the current state of project goals risks and critical issues)
- Manage the budget for the Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives
- Own overall success of the Salesforce.com Service Cloud product
- 5 years of successfully implementing and managing SaaS product development programs; strong knowledge of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle
Requirements
- 5 years of Salesforce implementations
- Experience with Telephony and AI Integrations required
- Proven experience in technical project management or Solutions Architecture with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture
- 5 years of solution management experience for software or SaaS experience
