Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to postcompletion.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients third parties and colleagues via phone and in writing.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient process throughout the transaction lifecycle keeping clients informed and managing expectations.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and adhere to deadlines.
- Provide legal advice on residential property matters and resolve any issues that arise during the conveyancing process.

- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (2 3 years PQE). - Proven experience in managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, ideally from instruction to post-completion. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships. - A team player who can also work independently and manage your own workload. - Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive in approach. - Well-presented and professional, with a client-focused attitude. - A client following is preferred but not essential.
