How you might spend your days (Main Roles & Responsibilities)
As a System Consultant you'll be working with a dynamic multidisciplinary team where your daily responsibilities
include but not limited to:
Trouble shooting and Resolving service tickets raised by users related to NAV (ERP) application issues.
System support when user needs / requested through service desk accesses issues new accesses etc.
Trouble shooting when NAV / System performance issues / slowness.
Testing of profiles / roles in testing environment (UAT) when required.
Helping users through service tickets received if any specific issue / functionality issues of NAV
application.
Coordinating between IT and Operations and resolving tickets.
Liaising with users over call / meeting and troubleshooting the issues.
Flexible to handle any ad hoc requests received from counterpart on related tasks.

for you to do well in this role:
B.com / BBM / BBA / Economics / M.Com / MBA graduate or similar education in a Financial Systems
field
4 to 7 years of experience within Financial Systems Operations.
Coordinating with end users and IT teams to ensure timely completion of tasks with high accuracy.
Good knowledge in ERP systems and Excel
Ability to work independently as well as well as in team.
Is interested in working in an energetic environment value engagement and want to work with highly
skilled colleagues
Have very strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Have experience with using MS Dynamics 365 SAP Oracle Excel Projects as additional advantage.
Are fluent in English spoken and written.
