Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging trainer to lead our Stakeholder Management and Effective Communication courses. This course is crafted for professionals who need to excel in managing stakeholder relationships and drive project success through clear strategic communication. As a Trainer you will empower participants with advanced skills to navigate stakeholder dynamics manage conflicts and maintain engagement in a fastpaced digitalfirst business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interactive sessions on effective communication techniques equipping participants to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Teach strategies for identifying categorising and prioritising stakeholders while aligning their needs with business objectives.
  • Provide handson training on conflict resolution influence and rapportbuilding enabling participants to handle difficult stakeholders and foster collaboration.
  • Explore researchbacked digital communication strategies and tools that enhance transparency and stakeholder engagement.
  • Guide participants through continuous improvement practices to refine communication processes and maintain clear ongoing stakeholder updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate training specifically in communication and relationship management.
  • Certified trainer or seasoned public speaker with experience delivering similar courses to professional audiences.
  • Deep understanding of stakeholder management communication dynamics and digital communication methods.
  • Knowledge of crosscultural communication organisational politics and influence tactics.
  • Strong skills in conflict resolution relationshipbuilding and rapport development.
  • Excellent presentation skills adaptable to audiences across diverse professional levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple learning styles and ensure engagement through realworld application examples.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills adaptable to all levels of participants.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in preparing and delivering course content.
  • Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint and Excel) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels and ages
