Role Overview
- Program Management: Oversee MSKs Workers Compensation and Workplace Accommodations programs ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Strategy Development: Create and update program strategies and objectives staying informed of regulatory changes.
- Injury Prevention: Analyze workrelated injury trends and identify opportunities for prevention.
- Collaboration: Work with Employee Health providers HR Environmental Health & Safety ThirdParty Administrators (TPA) and others to enhance program effectiveness.
- Committee Participation: Join crossfunctional committees prepare reports and conduct program reviews.
- Training and Presentations: Develop materials and deliver presentations on workers compensation and workplace accommodations.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor program effectiveness and explore costsaving opportunities.
- Team Supervision: Manage staff provide training evaluate performance and support career development.
Key Qualifications
- Expertise in workers compensation and workplace accommodations regulations.
- Related experience in HR management or clinical work (e.g. NP PA or RN) is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and evaluating performance.
- Experience in developing implementing and adapting programs in a dynamic regulatory environment.
- Proficiency in data management informatics and financials (e.g. Microsoft Excel).
