Our Client is seeking an experienced and strategicminded Automotive Parts Manager to oversee their parts department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a parts department as well as strong leadership communication and analytical skills. As an Automotive Parts Manager you will be responsible for managing inventory levels optimizing profitability and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of parts associates ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing inventory levels and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Develop and implement training programs for parts associates to ensure they are uptodate with the latest automotive technology and parts management techniques.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs and maintenance work.
- Provide excellent customer service including managing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies ensuring that orders are placed in a timely and costeffective manner.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management techniques.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- ASE certification or other relevant certifications are preferred.
