Job Description
Marketing Director
Location: Hybrid ideally between Manchester and Essex
Salary: c90000 plus bonuses and benefits
Join a dynamic team in the hospitality sector where our client is committed to delivering exceptional experiences to their customers and are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Director to lead their fabulous team.
As the Marketing Director you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. You will leverage your expertise as a marketing generalist with a strong specialty in digital marketing to strengthen our online presence.
What do we need from you
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align the business.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO PPC social media and content marketing.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team
- Experience of a multi site operation and brand integration
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a marketing generalist with a minimum of 5 years in a senior marketing role.
- Experience in the leisure retail or hospitality sector is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical skills and datadriven mindset.
- Degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
