This role is for an experienced individual eager to create a positive educational experience while preparing volunteers for development work in Africa and India.

Since 1998 this organisation has partnered with the NGO Humana People to People training over 1500 volunteers to tackle vital issues like health education and food security across India and Africa. They welcome adults aged 18 from all walks of life empowering them to create change in the world.

Please note a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role due to the workplace location.
About The Role
As the Enrolment & Marketing Specialist you will champion their mission by enhancing digital marketing strategies streamlining recruitment and fostering strong relationships with potential candidates.
Youll employ your expertise to lead digital campaigns organise events and grow brand awareness. This isnt just a job its an opportunity to inspire and recruit individuals committed to sparking change. On a daytoday basis expect to leverage social media online presentations and direct outreach to guide potential students through the enrolment journey with both professionalism and a personal touch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage prospective students and members through social media digital platforms and university forums.
- Conduct online meetings and presentations to showcase the organisations programs.
- Manage the complete recruitment process from initial contact to enrolment.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine outreach and recruitment strategies.
- Organise presentations and expand outreach to schools universities and organisations across the UK and Europe.
What You Bring
Were looking for experienced marketing or recruitment professionals who know how to connect with diverse audiences. Your CV should reflect:
- Proven expertise in digital marketing recruitment or student enrolment.
- Exceptional presentation skills and a knack for meaningful conversations.
- Confidence managing outreach campaigns and growing community engagement.
- A creative approach to social media marketing that drives measurable results.
- The ability to guide prospective students through a professional and seamless enrolment process.
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive attitude.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in marketing recruitment student enrolment or related fields.
- A degree in Marketing Communications International Affairs or similar (desirable but not essential).
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driving licence due to workplace location.
- Live within commutable distance of Hull.

SALARY: 3035k depending on experience.
