1- Channel 360: Prioritize Channels and define the channel strategies & Growth drivers to win at the Point of Purchase by also developing the POS across channels. Focus Channels: Hotels,Café's & Bakeries, Restaurants, Local & Global chains
2- Customer & Consumer: Leading the Customer & Consumer jouney agenda to ensure the right value proposition has been offered
3- Commercial Process: Lead ICP within the respective category for the country, to ensure timely cross-functional input and alignment to the key Category, Brand, Channel, consumer and Customer growth opportunities and activation platforms, as outlined in the category growth drivers.
4- Tools & Enablers: Ensuring that the sales staff is equipped with the appropriate category/channel tools, training, and support to effectively exploit both new product launch and current platforms.
5- Budget Management: Have full oversight of PFME and lead all customer communication intiatives, including driving lead generation activities and in-store execution via sales team.
6- Insights: Lead, develop and accelerate 5C insights and channel management on a regional level

Ability to adapt plans based on knowledge of Customer's/ Consumers behaviors - Digital & Out of Home operations
Commercial experience (inc revenue, profit, Data Analysis, promo activity, pricing etc), while being able to have a strategic thinking mindset.
