Join our team as a Commercial HVAC Technician where you will play a vital role in maintaining repairing and installing HVAC systems in a variety of commercial settings. Essential Responsibilities for Commercial HVAC Technicians
- Perform routine maintenance and service on commercial HVAC systems ensuring optimal operation and efficiency.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Install and commission new HVAC equipment and systems according to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to plan and execute HVAC projects in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service and installation activities parts usage and field reports.
Qualifications and Competency Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or trade certification in HVAC technology preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC servicing maintenance or installation.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with knowledge of advanced diagnostic tools and practices.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems equipment and controls including boilers chillers and air handlers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
Compensation and Benefits Package
- $25.00$35.00 Hr.Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications.
