Job Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for highvalue projects.
- Work closely with the project management and design teams to ensure accurate pricing that aligns with project specifications.
- Analyze project requirements identify cost drivers and build comprehensive pricing structures.
- Review tender documents specifications and drawings to understand project scope.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers obtaining quotes to ensure accurate cost projections.
- Deliver detailed breakdowns and presentations to stakeholders supporting the team from tender through to project completion.
- 5 years of experience in estimating within the interior fitout sector with a focus on.
- Demonstrated experience in pricing multimillionpound highend projects.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in estimation software and advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative approach to working with both internal teams and external partners.
- Sound knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
