Senior Care Practitioner (Days). Telford Hall Care Home
- Hourly Rate: £12.97
- Schedule: Fulltime 34 days per week
- Shift Hours: 7:00am 7:00pm

Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Care Practitioner you will play an essential role in delivering the highest standard of care support and companionship to our residents. Your duties will include:
- Professional Development: Completing required training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Resident Support: Assisting with personal care daily activities meal times and offering emotional support.
- Holistic Care: Encouraging each resident’s individual hobbies and preferences to foster an enriched and fulfilling lifestyle.
- Quality Standards: Upholding cleanliness safety and high standards throughout the home.
- Leadership Responsibilities: Working closely with the Home Manager to oversee staff supervisions conduct appraisals maintain thorough records liaise with external professionals and support in recruitment processes.

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a residential or nursing home setting.
- Qualifications: Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Skills: Competent in recordkeeping familiar with relevant technologies and able to remain calm while supporting colleagues in highpressure situations.
- Attributes: A warm positive outlook with the flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of our residents.
