Role Overview:
Our client are seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor or Partner to join their highly regarded Employment Law team in Reading known for its excellence in both Chambers UK and The Legal 500. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of both contentious and noncontentious employment law matters collaborating with colleagues for support.
- Process cases efficiently and costeffectively ensuring timely delivery.
- Uphold the firm s high professional standards and comply with quality benchmarks.
- Keep clients informed about the full range of services we offer.
- Engage in business development and networking activities to foster client relationships.
- Assist the Departmental Manager in mentoring and supporting junior team members.
