Design and UX: Create a website experience that seamlessly integrates product discovery onboarding and activation flows to guide users toward selfservice signups trials and product engagement.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously test measure and optimize landing pages signup flows and inproduct experiences to improve conversion rates and reduce friction for users.
UserCentric Design: Ensure that the website experience is tailored to both new and existing users with intuitive navigation and messaging aligned with different stages of the user journey.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Run continuous experiments (A/B multivariate testing) to enhance user activation and product adoption based on datadriven insights.
Product Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to align the website experience with broader growth goals. Implement productled initiatives that drive user acquisition activation retention and expansion.
DataDriven Growth: Analyze website data and user behavior to uncover growth opportunities. Make decisions based on data analytics tools (Google Analytics Mixpanel etc.) to optimize for key metrics (e.g. signups trials active usage MRR).
Funnel Optimization: Focus on improving key metrics across the customer funnel from topoffunnel acquisition to inproduct conversion and retention.
SelfService Growth Focus: Enhance selfservice experiences (free trials freemium models) to enable users to onboard and experience the products value without needing sales involvement.
Onboarding Flow Design: Develop product tours tooltips and inapp messaging that support new users in understanding and using the products core features.
Retention Mechanics: Design inproduct experiences that encourage usage and engagement reducing churn and improving customer lifetime value (CLV).
TriggerBased Engagement: Implement automated behaviordriven engagements (e.g. email nudges inapp prompts) that encourage users to return to the product and explore advanced features.
Work with Product & Engineering Teams: Collaborate closely with product managers developers and engineers to ensure seamless integration of design and growth experiments into the product.
Align with Marketing Teams: Coordinate with marketing to ensure website messaging SEO and paid acquisition campaigns are driving highquality leads signups and trials.
Customer Feedback Loop: Leverage insights from customer support product feedback and user testing to continuously improve the user experience and website design.
Educational Resources: Create productcentric resources (guides FAQs tutorials videos) that help users understand how to get value from the product quickly.
Community and User Engagement: Design content and experiences that encourage usergenerated content customer stories and community interaction to foster organic growth.
UX/UI Design Proficiency: Expertise in designing userfriendly visually appealing and conversionoriented websites. Strong knowledge of design tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD.
Growth Hacking & Data Analytics: Strong understanding of growth tactics including funnel analysis customer behavior analysis and running A/B tests. Experience with tools like Google Analytics Hotjar or Mixpanel is a plus.
ProductLed Growth (PLG) Mindset: Deep understanding of the PLG model and how to optimize product experiences to drive acquisition engagement and retention.
SaaS Experience: Experience working in SaaS companies particularly in a productled environment where the product is the main driver of growth.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Proven ability to work with product marketing and engineering teams to bring growth initiatives to life.
User Journey Mapping: Experience in designing and optimizing user journeys from awareness to activation and retention.
Coding Knowledge (Optional): Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS JavaScript) can be beneficial for working with developers and implementing changes.
