Job Description

Our client an innovative Electric Taxi company based in South West London is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic team. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and have a passion for maintaining high standards in vehicle care we d love to hear from you! Reporting directly to the General Manager the ideal candidate will possess the ability to think on their feet and handle highpressure situations with ease.

Requirements

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a range of electric vehicles and related equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
  • Repair or replace faulty components including engines transmissions brakes and suspension systems.
  • Conduct detailed inspections and carry out preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services completed.
  • Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and highquality service.

  • What We re Looking For:
    • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician Mechanic or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of automotive systems and components especially electric vehicles.
    • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and a keen eye for detail.
    • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
    • Good communication skills and a customerfocused approach.

    NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds qualification, or equivalent preferred.
