Our current vacancy Fulltime Longterm REMOTE
Responsibilities:
- Develop/implement/direct the companys information security strategy.
- Establish/manage/direct the local IT infrastructure including setting up servers and systems.
- Manage relationships with regulators to ensure compliance with requirements.
Create security policies aligned with local market and regulatory standards. - Direct the global IT team providing technical leadership and strategic direction with local market requirements
- Develop systematic approaches for risk management and vulnerability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the technology infrastructure.
- Prepare reports for upper management and other departments to ensure effective communication.
- Maintain constant communication with all teams in Turkey to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Manage relationships with local vendors to ensure service quality and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in information security and IT management.
- Strong knowledge of regulations (e.g. GDPR KVKK) and industry standards.
- Indepth knowledge of network system and application security.
- Project management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to connect effectively with both technical and business units.
- Fluency in Turkish and English
- Experience with custody solutions and digital wallets.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in financial services.
- Previous experience in a startup or fastpaced environment.
