Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and monitoring of compliance programs and policies
- Support the Compliance Officer in ensuring adherence to local and international regulatory requirements including antimoney laundering AML and KYC regulations
- Conduct daily compliance monitoring activities such as transaction reviews and customer onboarding checks
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of compliancerelated documentation and reports
- Help prepare reports for regulatory bodies and management regarding compliance matters
- Conduct research on regulatory changes and emerging trends in the crypto industry
- Assist in coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Help with the organization of compliance training sessions for employees
- Respond to internal and external compliancerelated inquiries
- Support the team during audits and regulatory inspections
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from a fouryear university in Law Business Administration Finance or a related field
- 12 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role preferably in the financial services fintech or cryptocurrency sector
- Hands on experience with cryptocurrency regulations blockchain technology and the crypto industry.
- Familiarity with AML KYC and other relevant regulatory requirements
- Experience working with MASAK regulations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- To be a citizen of Turkey with full civil rights
- Fluency in Turkish and English
