We are seeking a Product Assistant to join our fastgrowing team. You will work closely with the product manager to support the entire product lifecycle from development to market research and customer feedback management. If you have strong organisational skills a passion for product development and the ability to manage multiple tasks this role could be a great fit for you.

Your Mission

As the Product Assistant your role is to support the product manager by overseeing processes managing documentation conducting market research improving existing features recommending platform improvements and ensuring efficient communication between stakeholders. You will help solve incoming support tickets assist with testing new product features and track key performance metrics to help drive the success of our product offerings.

Your Background

• 12 years of experience in a support coordination or assistant role ideally within a product or technical team.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with experience managing documentation schedules and reports.
• Experience conducting market research and providing insights to inform product development.
• Familiarity with ticketsolving processes with the ability to investigate issues and resolve or escalate them to the appropriate teams.
• Experience with product tools like Monday.com Notion or similar platforms to manage tasks and track progress.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure alignment between stakeholders and the product team.
• A flexible adaptable approach to changes in product strategy or responsibilities.
