We are working with a vibrant and fun primary schoolseeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent KS1teacherrequired from January 2025.
This fantastic primary school is searching for an outstanding KS1teacher who can start in January 2025. This is a significant position within the school and the successful applicant will have strong communication and analytical abilities as well as the ability to teach a funloving KS1 class.Only exceptional experienced KS1teachers will be interviewed for thisfulltime position.

Responsibilities of a KS1teacher:
- As a KS1teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care of the children promoting teamwork and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
- Teaching the Key stage 1curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual childs learning targets encouraging their strengths and improving their weaknesses
- Further developing maths ability and introducing fractions statistics and geometry
- Keeping track of childrens progress and occasionally reporting back to parents

Salary
The salary for this position will be paid to scale.
Requirements
- Qualified teacher status (QTS)
- Experience teaching primary school students ideally in KS1
- A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- A passion for teaching and learning with a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Good behaviour management skills with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Enhanced DBS check and professional references
