Prepare food items and serve food to tenants within scheduled time frame. Follow menu cycle noting changes or substitutions made. Maintain cleanliness of production and service areas. Assure compliance with the state sanitation code. Maintain quality of food served quantity prepared and sanitation of food preparation area. Maintain meal service records as required.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Must not engage in the use of illegal drugs be free from dysfunctional use of alcohol. Must pass a criminal background check with Tribal State and Federal Law Enforcement and be fingerprinted. Must maintain strict confidentiality always.
