Construction Project Manager

AECOM is seeking a Construction Project Manager to be based in Denver CO.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Provides guidance to employees within latitude of established policies.
• Establishes procedures that affect the immediate organization.
• Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of the situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors including understanding of current business trends.
• Acts as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or to resolve technical problems.
• Manage and review contract budgets and contractor pay applications.
• Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical financial and client satisfaction.
• Accountable for the development coordination and execution of the planning design and/or construction management activities and personnel under the individuals direction on a daytoday.
• Responsible for the administration of new project advertisement and solicitation.
• Prepare and manage field inspection reports.
• Identify mitigate and manage work related issues associated to field construction activities.
• Monitor environmental inspections and compliance associated to field construction activities.
• Review contractor asbuilt drawings and other construction documentation to ensure information is appropriately captured.
• Review contractor schedules and work phasing plans.
• Provide management administration and oversight of all assigned project contracts.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS 4 Years of relevant expereince or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Driving is required for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• PE or EIT certification Preferred
• BA/BS Preferred
• Valid Drivers License
• 5 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• 5 Years of experience working with new commercial and residential developments
• Local Agency and CDOT project experience
• Able to effectively communicate and negotiate with contractors and clients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. MS Project Visio Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Experienced with Bluebeam Software
• Experienced with ProCore
