Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sydney Australia. As a Civil Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing developing and managing various infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Some of your responsibilities would include:
- Develop and implement civil engineering designs for a wide range of projects including buildings roads and water systems.
- Create detailed engineering drawings specifications and calculations using advanced computeraided design (CAD) software.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects contractors and other engineers to ensure project success.
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively to meet client expectations.
- Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Analyse and resolve complex engineering problems using innovative and costeffective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in civil engineering.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the professional development of the team.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits to gather requirements and monitor project progress.
Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (required)
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Sydney and Australia
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building practices
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Additional Information :
Salary range $85000 $105000 (Total package dependent on experience)
