Job Description
As an Azure Engineer you will be a key member of our Professional Services team focusing on deploying managing and optimising our cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. You will help design build and implement secure scalable cloud solutions following the Cloud Adoption Framework. You can manage and monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance operational excellence security and compliance within the Azure environment.
On a regular basis you will automate routine tasks and processes for efficiency. You will collaborate with development teams to optimise application performance on the cloud. You will also provide documentation and training for cloud infrastructure and best practices.
Moreover you will work with Cloud Architects to help design Landing Zones and provide cloud enablement for deployments and migrations into Azure. You will implement strategies for collaboration code infrastructure security and continuous integration best practices. You will work with Azure DevOps environments and implement automation tools for CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications :
- Experience with Microsoft Azure core services such as VMs Container platforms PaaS services and specialised services such as Azure Service Bus Logic Apps Azure Functions and Azure API Management.
- Proven background in cloud architecture and infrastructure management.
- Databricks experience is good to have
- Solid understanding in hybrid cloud networking including ExpressRoute VPN Networking etc.
- Automation capabilities including Bicep and Python experience
- Containerisation knowledge and experience including Kubernetes and Docker experience for deployment
- 3rd party Infrastructure as Code solutions including Terraform
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator are a plus
