Job Description
- Customize and configure Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications to meet client requirements.
- Develop test and deploy Zoho integrations automations and workflows.
- Work closely with senior developers to learn best practices and contribute to project development.
- Participate in requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications.
- Write clean efficient and maintainable code.
- Stay updated with new Zoho features and advancements.
- Assist in creating user documentation and training materials for end users.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM Zoho Creator or other Zoho suite products is a plus.
- Understanding of APIs and web services (REST SOAP).
- Strong problemsolving abilities and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the Zoho development space.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Fluency in English and Swahili is required; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
