Salary: NGN100000NGN120000 per month
Candidate must reside on the Island

We are an ultramodern computerized specialist eye healthcare facility that offers excellent eye care services ranging from qualified and experienced optometrists and ophthalmologist consultation who are very passionate about eye care delivery.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all customer interactions via calls and social media processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records of client information.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls and messages on the company social media platforms.
- Process and accurately record all sales transactions.
- Maintain and track client information in an organized manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in using social media and messaging platforms.
- Residing on the Island is preferred for easier commute
