Job Description
Adelphi is seeking a Psychiatrist to perform specialized psychiatric work for a statesupported living center in Mexia Texas. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders conduct assessments and provide comprehensive care for residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The Psychiatrist will ensure timely and accurate documentation of clinical encounters using electronic medical records while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:
Unrestricted Texas license
Board Certified or Board eligible
Must have current unrestricted registration certificate from the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
Must complete facility and HHSC required training
Proficient in computers/electronics health records.
Able to work in a team environment.
Good communication skills organizing and able to present information.
Justification of medication use
Able to work with minimal supervision
