Job Description

Job Quick Facts:

Service Setting: Outpatient

Reason For Coverage: Supplemental

Coverage Period: Feb 1 2025 Ongoing

Coverage Type: Clinical only

Shift Schedule: MonFri; 830a5p

FT (preferred) or at least 34 days/week.

Lunch is 30 mins each day usually 12301 but flexible.

Patient Volume: 6

Patient Demographics: Adults only

Physicians in Practice: 2 psychiatrists

Support Staff: 1 RN 1 part time Psychiatrist 1 OT 1 office admin 1 LCSW 1 ASW & 5 LMFT.

Required Procedures:

OP day treatment care

Disorders: anxiety affective personality & psychotic.

Involuntary commitments & Pharmacotherapy.

EMR: Epic

Other Info:

Can start a provider sooner if they have a clean file as we do have approval for emergency privileges (14 weeks).

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active CA License

BC/BE (If BE: must be 1 yr post residency)
