Job Description
Role: Digital Workplace Practitioner Virtualization VDI OTN
Language: German and English
Seniority: Intermediate
Work location: Ottobrunn Germany 20% onsite work required
Primary skill: Citrix Virtualization Technologies
• Solve technical problems quickly and reliably and share your knowledge with others. Because we give you responsibility for the virtual workplace solutions of an international customer.
• Your goal: to ensure smooth operation and reliable processing of all change requests in accordance with defined service agreements (SLAs) company standards and legal requirements. That's exactly your thing
• Then live your passion in a position in which you cover important areas of modern and forwardlooking virtual IT workplace solutions for our customers.
• Other requirements:
At least 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the use of PowerShell cmd Windows operating systems and Windows servers as well as good knowledge of Workplace Virtualization (Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktop Administration) GPO and Active Directory;
Knowledge of ITSM processes (ITIL)
• Language skills: English (A2) German (B1)
