Feb 24 2025 & TBD

Shift Schedule: MonFri; 7a3p (FT)

Case Mix:

Complete Ortho Complex Vascular Head Spine Neuro Pediatric & Regional.

Required Procedures/Skills:

General Anesthesia (Adult Pediatric & Trauma)

Anesthesia: Spinal & Epidural

Regional Anesthesia Surgery Neurosurgical cases (Head & Spine)

Complex vascular cases (except open heart)

Complex orthopedic cases Postop epidural Postop extremity blocks.

Ventilation mgmt Evaluation & mgmt of acute volume/BP issues

Central Line Arterial Line & PA Catheter placements

CRNA supervision

No. of ORs: 18

Trauma Level: II

EMR: Cerner

Other Info: Indicate the dates providers are open to working.

Required to Supervise APPs: Yes.

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active IN License or IMLC

BC/BE

BLS ABLS ACLS PALS
