Acuity of Patients: Mostly ASA 23

Physicians in Practice: 34 MDAs

Support Staff: 1215 CRNAs

Required to supervise CRNAs: Yes

Case Mix: Complete Ortho Head Spine Regional

Procedures:

Adult General Anesthesia

Regional Anesthesia Surgery

Spine Neurosurgical cases

Complex orthopedic cases

Central & Arterial Line placement

No. of ORs: 18

10 OR 2 GI Labs 3 Cath Labs 2 L&D Surgical Suites IR/MRI/CT

EMR: Epic

Other Info: Medical Direction (4:1)

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active MO License

BC/BE

BLS ACLS
