Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Building Controls Designer to join our team. This role is integral to designing implementing and supporting advanced building automation systems that optimize HVAC performance in commercial and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across project teams.

Qualifications:

Experience in designing building automation systems with platforms such as Distech and/or Tridium.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit for drafting and design.
Strong background in HVAC systems including controls design programming and operational requirements.
Ability to develop detailed schematic drawings wiring diagrams and sequences of operation for diverse systems.
Knowledge of building codes related to mechanical and electrical construction.
Proven ability to collaborate with project teams and support field operations during system commissioning and troubleshooting.
