Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and detailoriented individuals to join our Ticketing team. As a Ticketing Executive you will handle ticket reservations modifications and cancellations ensuring a seamless travel experience for customers. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with booking canceling or modifying travel tickets (airline bus or train).
- Process ticketing requests using computerized reservation systems (CRS).
- Provide information about travel routes schedules and regulations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing promptly.
- Maintain uptodate records of all ticketing transactions and payments.
- Collaborate with travel agencies and vendors for efficient ticket issuance.
- Stay updated on airline regulations ticketing policies and promotional offers.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all ticketing operations.
Essential Qualifications:
- IATA Graduate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism (mandatory).
- Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus Galileo or Sabre is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in ticketing are an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong multitasking ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
- Customer serviceoriented with problemsolving skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
