Job Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Identify market trends and opportunities for growth providing insights to senior management for strategic planning.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure alignment between sales and service delivery.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in freight forwarding specifically in air or sea freight.
3 to 5 years of experience in a sales position within the shipping or freight forwarding industry (ocean and air)
IATA certification is preferred.
Strong understanding of sales processes techniques and tools.
Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
Ability to foster a collaborative and highperformance culture.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
